Born in 1977 in Genoa, Italy. Totally self-taught. Former rugby player, former personal trainer and bodyguard. He totally changed his life by being able to express himself thanks to art. Thanks to it he is able to communicate in a totally different way to people, exciting them by his artworks. For about 5 years Maurizio has been teaching fluid art and the study of fluid dynamics of liquids through workshops and group and individual courses. He has been to many exhibitions, participated in many festivals where he has also performed body art shows. That is Maurizio. For decades, he had been hidden from the artistic community as he used art solely for personal therapy. After that, he opened up driven by a desire to share his artistic growth and creativity with the world. He specializes in creating works using the dripping technique, where he lets colors drip and throws paint onto canvases in a mathematical and careful manner, leaving nothing to chance. In the last 20 years, he has increasingly embraced fluid art, viewing it not only as a passion but as a true lifestyle. He is always in search of new techniques, colors, and pigments to use in creating unusual pieces. He mainly uses pigments derived from hand grinding, obtaining them from minerals, gemstones, spices, and pollen
