THE FOUNDER
Slaven Reljić, owner of the Identities Ltd. gallery, was born in Zadar, Croatia in 1974. He graduated and received his master’s degree from the Faculty of Economics, at University of Zagreb. He has many years of entrepreneurial experience in tourism and business events.
Slaven is personally and entrepreneurially inspired by art and design. Having listened to wishes and needs of a wide range of business partners, clients and friends for years, Slaven has realized his long-time idea through Identities gallery – to offer a line-up of professionally selected original pieces of fine and applied arts and product design by Croatian and European authors, using the most recent know-how of online shopping experiences.
After many years of work experience in tourism sector, organizing many business events projects and trips to Croatia and around the world, Slaven realized that it is not easy to take a ‘piece of art or design’ with you, either in Croatia or around the world. Since his projects always included culture, art and design, he faced daily the insight of how impossible it is to buy diverse quality pieces of art of different techniques and styles for a personal or business gift in one place. This personal challenge he shaped into a new and unique entrepreneurial venture – online art gallery.
Slaven is communicative, tolerant and open to all people and cultures, which makes him happy and strong. With the Identities Gallery and its unique offer, he wants to brighten the lives of identities with identities – his customers and their circle of friends and business partners, as well as all the artists and authors with whom he collaborates.
