Delivery
Delivery from the Seller Identities d.o.o. to the Buyer is carried out by a representative of the Identities d.o.o. gallery or a shipping partner company selected by Identities d.o.o., depending on the delivery address. The Buyer will be informed about this. Delivery is possible throughout the territory of the Republic of Croatia, the European Union and globally. Delivery of purchased artworks is free of charge, unless it is explicitly stated for a particular artwork that delivery is not included in the price. This is only the case with certain works/sculptures of heavy weight. The shipping cost for such artworks in the territory of Croatia is also not charged, and any additional charge will apply if the delivery address is outside the Republic of Croatia and depends on the country of delivery and the weight of the artwork.
Additional costs such as customs tariffs and customs clearance services or any other local taxes applicable to the purchased artwork in the country of delivery outside the European Union shall be borne by the buyer.
At the moment when the customer has completed the order on the website of the webshop Identities d.o.o. (www.identitiesgallery.com), he/she will receive a notification of the purchase and an invoice via e-mail.
The seller Identities d.o.o. takes care of safe delivery to the desired address and will adequately pack each artwork for transport and shipping. Adequate packaging of the shipment implies placing the contents of the shipment in appropriate packaging (wrapper, box, crate, etc.) in order to prevent damage or reduction of its content or the content of other shipments during transport, if the artwork is sent by a partner shipping company. The packaging service as well as the appropriate packaging and protection of the artwork (shipment), if it is sent by shipping company, are free of charge for all customers.
The delivery time for ordered artworks is usually 1 to 7 working days, depending on the address and country of delivery.
